Project Logistics Executive

YOUR ROLE

The Project Logistics Executive plays a critical role in bridging commercial and operational functions by managing customer quotations, coordinating shipment requirements, and ensuring service excellence throughout the logistics process. This position is responsible for supporting key account activities, aligning internal teams through SOPs and performance tracking, and actively contributing to customer satisfaction and operational compliance within the project logistics scope.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Quotation Management

Assist Project Logistics Manager and Key Account Manager by receiving and handling inquiries from prospects and customers in IPES.
Maintaining rate validity with customers
In charge of replying to customers with quotations within a limited timeframe which include Advise customer on transport (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing...), reviewing routing provided by Air and Ocean teams, carry out quotations, setting validity, and ensuring Terms and Conditions are included.
Coordinate with Customer in customer solutions if needed
Ensure quotation reminders to the customer
For validated quotes, participate to the set-up of customer accounts as per country procedures if need
Updating of winning rate in the report for key accounts

Report

For key accounts, ensure as well all required weekly/monthly KPI reports are accurately provided to customer

Shipment Activation

Ultimately in charge of gathering requirements from a customer before transmission to Operations team / Customer Service
Review of CEVA commitments with customers and act upon found gaps
Contribute to measuring internal KPIs to narrow operational gaps and offer a better service to the customer
Give Guidance/SOPs to the Operations team / Customer Service
Control Tower in case of cross-trade shipment
Observe the activity of operation and get involved when necessary to handle issues to increase customer service level
Follow up until end of the scope of work awarded by the customer

Key Account Support

Manage the relationship of existing key accounts by proactively anticipating their needs
Handle resolution of complaints through further investigation with the concerned party

SOP/Retro Plan/Others

Ensure SOPs are transferred upon strict validation by Customer Operation Support (COS)
Assist on-site works or visits to customers whenever needed

Qhse

Provide customer feedback to Operations team / Customer Service for continuous improvement which includes optimize sales by offering additional services
Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree
At least 6 months of experience in logistics
Good knowledge of Incoterm, Customs regulation.
Team working, Time management, Methodical working
