The duties and responsibilities of Designer include but is not limited to:

• Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations and design various digital and print materials;
• Select colours, fonts, images, and layouts;
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product;
• Advise best practices and optimisations throughout design projects;
• Establish creative direction within VGU brand guidelines suitable for each event/project/requirement;
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions;
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible;
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for all events/ projects/ requirements design activities;
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials;
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video;
• Responsible for promoting materials (posters, photographs, sneak peek posts, event recap, etc.) for social media (website, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.).
• Write content and brainstorm visual ideas. Capture photos and videos of the booth and on-event activities;
• Arrange everyday activities with collaborators from national and international partner organisations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

2. Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva,….
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solution

3. Skills

• Creative and with a good sense of aesthetics;
• Highly proficient in English both orally and in writing. Vietnamese, German or other languages are a plus;
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Able to work efficiently, independently, and be self-organised.

4. Behaviours required

• Able to communicate with different cultural backgrounds;
