What you’ll do:

• Create video and static content for the Klook Vietnam social media channels, with strong focus on the former
• Manage weekly and monthly social content calendar. Work with other team members closely to ensure all content is of high quality while keeping content production on track
• Monitor content performance and engagement on a daily basis.
• Conduct regular analysis of Klook Vietnam social channels to track and improve growth metrics by providing actionable insights
• Monitor social media trends as well as the competitive landscape to proactively share learnings and best practices with the broader team
• Lead and manage content creation trips and their deliverables
• Brainstorm marketing and content ideas to increase not only viewership, engagement but also revenue
• Assist Social Marketing Manager in overall content strategy, execution, and review of social media efforts
• Assist in maintaining relationships with KOLs and content creators to increase media touchpoints and brand impact
• Other duties as may arise from time to time
  
  

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year of solid experience in social media marketing or related fields
• Excellent command of Vietnamese, both verbal and written communication
• Good command of English
• Experience in social media management and analytics applications like Meta Business Suite
• Good knowledge of photo and video editing skills are advantages
• Passionate about Marketing in general and Content in particular
• Critical thinking
• Well-organized. Good time and project management skills
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• A team player.
• A start-up attitude: self-motivated, solution- and result-oriented, highly adaptable, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Not afraid to work independently when required
