Sales Engagement:
· Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Hanoi region, targeting both existing and potential customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
· Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and solutions accordingly.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
· Develop a pipeline of leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling efforts.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business while maximizing profitability.
· Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Remote Sales Operations:
· Work from a shared office or home basis in Hanoi, leveraging technology and communication tools to stay connected with colleagues and customers.
· Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, and logistics, to streamline processes and deliver seamless customer experiences.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
Performance and Growth:
· Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals and expectations.
· Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement through training, workshops, and self-study.
· Provide feedback and insights to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats.
· Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues, and fostering teamwork.
Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the interior materials or related industry.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools, including CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms.
- Knowledge of the Hanoi market and industry trends is advantageous.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

- Contract Term: Permanent
- Work Location: Remote from Ha Noi
- Work Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 – 17:00) from Mon to Fri
- Probation: 2 months (85%)
- Allowance:
- Lunch Allowance: 600,000 VND / month
- Transportation allowance: 200,000 VND / month
- Annual Health checkup after 1 year
- Commission (When you achieve the yearly sales target)
