Managing and monitoring all Marketing POSM at stores
Perform other tasks assigned by Marketing management team.
Planning and executing marketing activities, promotion, and activation, including proposal development, demand forecasting, POSMs production, budget management, promotion announcements, training documents, and promotion setting- up with Finance/IT to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring programs which happened within trade area.
Trade area map: Understanding and mapping the traffic generators of each trade area.
Create and manage marketing plans for critical stores.
Plan and execute new store opening campaign in terms of promotion, activities aiming to drive awareness, store traffic & sales.
Working closely with Marketing team overhead to execute nationwide promotions, and campaigns launching.
Train and develop store marketing supervisors to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
University Bachelors Degree, preferably with marketing focus.
Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG/F&B/Retail Industry
• Prefer Operation experience/Retail desirable.
