PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Form the ICR general marketing strategy and detailed action plans • Manage all marketing activities of the Company within the marketing department • Plan and implement promotional campaigns • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities 2. Construct local marketing initiatives and events • Organize, supervise, and access the conduct of promotional events at ICR centres/shopping malls/ and other relevant venues • Organize marketing activities such as contests or mini-events to increase local centre awareness and raise student enrolment. • Maintain partnership with media agencies for ICR Public Relation initiatives 3. Develop and optimize digital strategy • Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, Google Ads and so on to increase ICR brand awareness • Plan and monitor the on-going company presence on social media through a strict and creative content plan 4. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget. • Develop marketing plans, budget and its activities; as well as monitor progress and evaluate performance. • Ensure the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures; provide feedback for the continual improvement of management system.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Product development with marketing strategy • Develop new product: features, prices and launching campaigns • Feedback competitor’s status 2. Customer care strategy leverage by internal marketing programs • Analyse the withdrawal reasons and propose solutions • Monitor parent calls • Loyalty programs • Evaluate Customer care strategy 3. Business analysis • Identify problems and maximize performances.

Qualifications: • Have integrity and a high degree of personal responsibility • Have education marketing experience • Demonstrate a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude • Are problem solvers • Have an outgoing personality; enjoy leading client meetings • Are digital natives, immersed in the online world • Are social media, web and tech savvy (experienced with tools and platforms such as • Facebook, Google Analytics, Hoot suite, WordPress, Excel, Google Drive, and Google Spreadsheets) • Are comfortable working with faith-based clients • Are strategic thinkers, able to plan and process • Are eager and able to learn new things and stay on top of current, ever-changing marketing trends • Are strong communicators and creative thinkers • Are comfortable hitting daily deadlines • Demonstrate strong analytical skills • Value constructive criticism • Are comfortable delivering as a key player on a variety of projects
