Key objectives
- Support the Controlling Planning & Reporting Manager in managing the financial planning and forecasting process, strategic planning and delivering insight through management reporting and analysis ensuring that this evolves to meet the needs of the business.

Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Coordinate and prepare the strategic and financial plans and forecasts in accordance with global and regional guidelines

2. Monthly Reporting & Forecasting:
- Lead month-end/year-end closing process. Coordinate with other Finance functions and Finance shared service team to ensure smooth closing with high-quality of booking and reporting. Define risk and improvement areas to fasten and simplify closing process.
- Provide a timely & robust Financial Statement complied with Global Finance Instruction, provide analysis vs budget & recommendation
- Provide timely and insightful analysis, coupled with an understanding of potential risk/opportunity, and support business decision-making.
- Provide timely and meaningful management reporting and ensure that the reporting continually evolves to meet the needs of the business
3. Cost management
- Review and take action to ensure healthy working capital
- Analyze cost variances to budget and report to functional managers to ensure accuracy, highlight potential issues, and avoid cost overruns
- Continuously identifying and implementing programs for optimizing SG&A cost
4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
