Campaign journey orchestration and personalize customer’s digital experiences
- Refine, configure, schedule, and launch owned multi-channel campaigns based on requester’s requirements.
- Create, configure, and launch A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed documentation for test setups, methodologies, and outcomes to deliver comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Performance Analytics
- Track website traffic flow, consumer patterns and response rates, campaign performance, conversion rates and provide regular performance reports for business decision making.
- Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools and suggest solutions to boost online presence.
- Establish measurable goals, measure conversion rates, cause experiments and improve Conversion Rate.
- Identify new opportunities for testing and personalization to enhance user engagement.
Audience Management
- Develop and maintain detailed audience profiles by analyzing demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.

Domain Expertise
- More than 3 years of experience working in a professional Digital Marketing position or similar function. Agile/Digital Experience
- In-depth understanding of marketing departments (including marketing communications and digital marketing such as SEO and social media) and market research methods. - Experience in data analysis and use of marketing tools.
- Proficient in MS Office software, marketing software (such as Adobe Creative Suite và CRM) and SEO tools (Website Analytics, Google Adwords...).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools.
- SQL syntax, Logical/Conditional Operation
