Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for an Investment R&D Staff. The Investment R&D Staff will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, analyzing data, and providing insights to support investment decisions. The role involves working in performing detailed research, making detailed feasibility studies, and effectively communicating findings to the team. This position requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience in market research, making business proposals of Real Estate/Business research and development.

Details:

• Market research: Collect and analyze information about market size, customers/competitors/potential partners, and related laws and regulations to gain insights into Real Estate business opportunities.
• Making detailed feasibility studies, market reports, and risk management
• Business development and making proposals: Explore business opportunities with Vietnamese companies, such as business collaboration, investment, etc., and make proposals for related parties.
• Other tasks are assigned by the manager and team leader.

Job Requirements

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Bachelor's Degree or above (Background in Business administration, Economics, finance, Law, or Real Estate is an advantage)
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in market research, business proposal of Real Estate/business research and development
• Skill: logical and critical thinking / Research, analysis, documentation/planning 
• Office skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) / Presentation
• Precious experience working in a real estate consulting/investment company or in real estate main developer is a plus.
• Pays attention to detail and has the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
