- Promote stations to quickly perform warranty cases

- Technical consulting for technicians

- Training in dialogue skills with customers and technical knowledge relatedto products

- Resolve station requests and complaints related to repair fees

Support Call Center

- Advise on solutions to resolve warranty-related issues when requested bythe Call Center

- Monitor the progress of warranty cases

- Support spare part Dept:

- Monitor the number of components

- Training spare parts department staff

- Consulting on solutions to problems related to components

- Circuit board repair

Support Salesman, KeyAccount Store:

- Respond to requests and complaints from sales staff and customers

- Consulting business staff

Make technical report,propose spare part

- Report technical issues related to the product

- Propose solutions for production-related errors.

- Propose HQ to provide components

Carry out warrantycenter warehouse management & the requests of the ASS Manager

- Evaluate, repair, and classify machine

- Manage the number of machines at the warranty warehouse

- Translating and drafting technical documents

- Consulting and compiling policies related to warranty

- Service monthly meeting
