At least 5+ years of experience in Frontend development including 2 years as a Technical Leader Solid experience in Frontend development using these technologies such as React JS, Angular, NextJS, Flutter, etc. Experience in building a system from scratch; Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure and GCP. Strong experience in reviewing source code and managing a team of developers. Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications. Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiar with Japanese outsourcing/offshore processes. English: TOEIC 600+, Japanese is a big plus Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements.
