In Surgical Innovations, we advance minimally invasive surgery to improve outcomes for patients and providers around the globe. From concept to commercialization, we bring meaningful innovation to our robust and growing portfolio of surgical devices and technologies. As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the commercial activities of the Medical Surgical portfolios for several hospitals in Hanoi and surrounding provinces. It includes the responsibility of achieving the sales targets through effective sales, planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The role also ensures compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines about products, procedure, and operations.

As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the commercial activities of the Medical Surgical portfolios for several hospitals in Hanoi and surrounding provinces. It includes the responsibility of achieving the sales targets through effective sales, planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The role also ensures compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines about products, procedure, and operations.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Function as a subject matter expert on assigned products, and monitor industry trends and develop business plans to meet the sales targets in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner.
- Manage and build on strategic relationships with existing customers whilst acquiring new customer accounts.
- Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day-to-day sales activities.
- Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty, and increase market share.
- Co-operate and manage distributors in terms of selling activities, channels management, inventory tracking, forecasting, coaching and training.
- Provide continuous clinical and technical support during cases.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities or customer complaints relating to the product, procedure and quality system.
- Assist in the planning and execution of annual marketing and training agenda
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and margin targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree is Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field
- Preferably 2 – 5 years of sales experience in medical device, medical equipment or the pharmaceutical industry
- Existing network within the medical device industry will be an asset
- Proven strong performance record in sales
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong learning agility and problem solving skills
- Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
