To support the line manager to achieve business plan by maximizing sales, profitability, and customer
satisfaction through efficient inventory management and the development of effective product strategies:
1. Product Masterdata Management
- Update product hierarchy in system based on product range from principal.
- Create new item codes and handle item modifications in the system following the latest product
information updates.
- Ensure all product serial numbers are updated on the CMG warranty platform.
- Coordinate with master data team for promotion setup.
2. Shipment Handling
- Follow up with Logistics team on all shipments in terms of ETD/ETA/ the accuracy of documents.
- Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure all products have necessary Certification and
Accreditation before launch.
- Proceed PO in system and prepare the Inbound & outbound plan for new shipments.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage stock level and daily stock movement with the absolute accuracy: product receive,
product transfer & return at both warehouse & store level.
- Be responsible for weekly stock report.
- Proceed products write off for merchandising purposes.
4. 3rd Party Support for Admin tasks
- Provide product information for listing purpose.
- Process stock movements in the system and arrange delivery upon receiving purchase orders
from third parties.
- Coordinate with Accounting & Finance team to issue invoice and post sales.
5. Reports & Others
- To assist line manager with the Weekly sales performance update to principal/ Monthly
performance update/Monthly Stock analysis & others report upon request.
- Stock preparation for Events/NSO.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement yearly price changes process.
