The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director of Enterprise Business Applications to lead, manage, and drive initiatives across our Data Lake, Salesforce Platform and Business Application Integration. The successful candidate will develop strategies to align systems capabilities with business objectives, oversee business application implementations, and promote an agile, data-driven environment across all technology initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Salesforce Platform
- Lead the Vietnam based architecture for configuration & development of the Salesforce Platform team. Coach and mentor the local team to improve productivity.
- Manage the agile methodology and delivery of sprints every 2 weeks to maximize delivery of enhancements, data improvements, access requests, and etc.
- Increase the production of the team above current 20% YoY growth in delivery through knowledge transfers, process improvements, training, etc. such that speed and productivity increase.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp increased numbers of team members as the business grows.
- Improve integration of the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ applications and their interfaces with other Vietnam based teams including MYOPSWAT Portal, Data Lake, NetSuite, WorkRamp, and Boomi messaging teams.
- Sales Applications
- Support the Vietnam deployment and ongoing configuration of other sales applications integrated with Salesforce including Clari, Allbound, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and etc. as we scale the business.
- Support the integration of enhancements and feature requests as needed including updating data flows into the Data Lake and PowerBI applications.
- Enterprise Applications
- Manage the Data Lake, ensuring its efficient operation and integration with all enterprise applications.
- Oversee all application integrations into the Data Lake, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Utilize AI to retrieve and analyze information from the Data Lake to enhance decision-making and drive enterprise improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that data management and application integration align with business objectives.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within the Data Lake and across all integrated applications.
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to extract valuable insights and improve business processes.
- Infrastructure Operations
- Monitor the performance of business systems, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience on a worldwide basis.
- Provide 24x5 support to Salesforce & Sales applications. Be able to diagnose and triage the issue at times across multiple systems.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Lead efforts to ensure cybersecurity measures are in place across business systems platforms, with a particular focus on data security in Salesforce and data lakes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience, with significant exposure to Go-To-Market Business Applications with deep experience in Salesforce specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Configuration, Pricing, & Quoting. Experience in other Go-To-Market systems is helpful too.
- 5 years prior experience with cybersecurity or SaaS firm having scaled their Go-To-Market applications in a high growth environment.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the GTM processes across sales, marketing, and post sales success.
- Prior experience leading business systems teams for a cyber security or SaaS firm in high growth mode. We want to hire someone who has already done this before.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to drive innovation and improve business processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within digital-first enterprises.
