Company Overview:
- Industry: Headwear Manufacturer
- Over 40 clients all over the worlds with over 60 Brands
- Opening a new sales office in Hanoi and looking for the first founding member to lead all overall general administration tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting
- General affairs
- Recruiting
- General human resource management
- Various administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting (have exp in GA, HR, Admin is a big plus)
- University degree in accounting
- Good English communication skills
- Korean language (preferred, not required)
- Experience with new tools like Notion, Trello, and Microsoft Teams (preferred, not required)
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits (Negotiable)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00) and Saturday morning
- Working location: Phu Thuong, Tay Ho, Ha Noi, Vietnam
