* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Supporting export activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with export, and handles recordkeeping requirements to support timely payment of product.
- Responsible for completing export documents as requested by the Customers.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility
- Make and arrange shipping documents
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments
- Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors and other third party industry providers
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure vessel transaction payments are made and collected timely
- Responsible for preparing export documents according to customer's document requirements
- Deliver shipping documents to Trade Finance (Scancom International) for checking and sending to customers
- Deliver shipping documents to Finance team (Scancom Vietnam) for sales record.
- Arrange and store sets of documents related to import and export issues.
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
* Internal:
- Booking team: receive information for shipping date to prepare SI (shipping instruction)
- Logistics team: information of shipped quantity, packing of each shipments.
- GOC (Global Operation Center): Receive & inform document requires.
- Trade Finance: deliver documents to TF for checking and sending customers.
- Finance team: Deliver shipping documents to Finance team (Scancom Vietnam) for sales record.
* External:
- Shipping company/ Forwarders: submit shipping instruction to make B/L, submit ISF (export shipments in US)
- VCCI, Ministry of Industry and Trade: Apply for Certificate of Origin (CO)
- Fumigation company: ask for fumigation certificate
- Plant quarantine agency, other government agencies: Apply for PHYTO
* Reporting:
* Superior: IMEX Manager
* Subordinate: None* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor's degree major in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Commercial Business, International Economics, English, Logistics, Business Administration or Similar field.
- Have experience about making Certificate Origins (EUR1, AANZ, VJ, form B,D...) or have ability to learn and catch up knowledge. Employee will be trained and support from Document team
- More than 01 years related experiences.
- Good knowledge in Export Documentation field, customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance requirements
* Important requirement:
- Proficiency in using customs clearance software.
- Having very good skill in using computer especially MS Excel
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents
- Proactive, dynamic, and having a growth mindset.
- Good attention to detail, strong communication skill
- Be patient, careful, ability to work under pressure
- Digital mindset and Critical thinking are plus.Competitive salary, 13th month salary
