JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented IDM Data Specialist development of data tools that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with operations teams to analyze data, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement and long-term operational strategy. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing the management and control of the indirect material warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and optimized warehouse operations, work at Saigon High Tech Park, District 9, HCMC.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under Indirect Material Control Department:
Location: Milwaukee factory in Saigon High Tech Park
Working hour: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | From Monday to Friday

1. Tool Development & Automation for IDM warehouse and operations team:

• Design, develop, and maintain operational data tools, dashboards, and reporting systems related to IDM Warhouse Report and Indirect Material Planning team.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy of information flow.

2. Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation:

• Provide training, support team on operation

3. Strategic & Process Improvement:

• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

4. Coordinate with IT and related teams to design and build data storage solutions (e.g., Azure Databricks, SQL, SharePoint) that ensure scalability and reliability.

• Support integration between operational systems and reporting platforms (Power BI, Power Apps).
• Develop and maintain Power BI Service apps to distribute dashboards to business users.
• Manage role-based access control and embedding of reports into business applications or SharePoint.
• Monitor and maintain published reports, datasets, and apps to ensure data refresh, accuracy, and performance.
• Design user-friendly UI/UX for Power Apps applications.
• Integrate Power Apps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and external APIs.
• Evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and resource utilization.

5. Other tasks related to factory management and assigned by managers.

• College degree or above in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (Power BI/Power Apps).
• Be able to comfortably use English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA.
• 1+ years of experience in developing applications using Power Apps.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and SQL.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, with strong ability for self-study and continuous skill development.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
