Position Overview:
The Social Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across all social media platforms with a primary focus on building brand awareness and driving sales through social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop and other livestreaming platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can leverage social media to enhance the brand's presence, customer interaction and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and targets the desired audience.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (videos, images, copy) for social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and produce livestream events and campaigns to drive engagement and sales on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
2. Brand Awareness:
- Increase brand visibility and recognition through innovative and consistent content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media and digital efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
3. Social Commerce and Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales through social commerce channels.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless shopping experience from social media to checkout.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social commerce activities, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
4. Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture a community of followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand’s reach and credibility.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community that aligns with the brand’s values.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and social commerce activities.
- Provide regular reports on content performance, audience growth, engagement rates, and sales conversions.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on social commerce.
- Strong content creation skills (videos, images, copy).
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Experience with livestreaming and producing live events.
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and competitor analysis.
- Creativity and strategic thinking in developing brand awareness campaigns.
