Job Summary: As a Interior Designer at Rechic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the initial vision and design direction of our projects. The main responsibilities of the Interior Design include creating concept, doing 3D models and renderings of interior and landscape areas, choosing materials, managing drawing documentation and following up during construction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Development: To conduct site inspection Generates ideas and sketches: floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select materials, furnishings, and color palettes that align with the design concept 2. Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors to ensure the project is executed according to the design plan. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure quality control throughout the project. 3. Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies. Continuously research and incorporate new design ideas and innovations into projects. 4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, including design plans, specifications, and cost estimates Portfolio must be attached along with CV when applying for this position.Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design field or possesses equivalent certification At least 5 years of experience design: in fashion store design, F&B store. Ability to manage small-scale projects. Possesses robust organizational and supervisory skills, proven by a history of effectively managing projects and teams to achieve outstanding outcomes Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max,... Strong creativity, logical thinking, and aesthetic sense. Skills: in presenting layout, color, light and material.
