Core Features
Face Recognition: Enhance security and streamline access control by identifying and verifying individuals entering the premises.
Motion Detection: Monitor office spaces for unusual activity, ensuring safety and security, and optimizing energy use by controlling lighting and HVAC based on occupancy.
Objective Detection: Identify objects within the office environment, assisting in inventory management, space utilization, and ensuring workplace safety.
Event Triggering: Automate responses to specific scenarios, such as sending alerts, activating systems, or customizing environment controls, improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of AI-based products for smart office solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, R&D, and Sales, to define product vision, roadmaps, and technical strategies.
Guide and mentor the engineering team in adopting best practices, innovative technologies, and frameworks to accelerate product development.
Oversee the integration of AI technologies, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure product architecture.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product features, and facilitate the adoption of our smart office solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to drive continuous innovation and competitive edge.Technical Stack
Backend Development: Experience with PHP and Node.js is essential. Candidates should have a strong grasp of server-side programming and be able to design and maintain scalable and secure APIs.
Frontend Development: Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries for creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Familiarity with React.js or Vue.js is preferred.
Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding how to structure, query, and optimize for performance.
AI and Machine Learning: Experience with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to handle real-time data processing and analysis.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to deploy and manage our applications at scale.
DevOps Practices: Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading technology teams, preferably in AI product development or related fields.
Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and software engineering, with hands-on experience in AI camera technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
