Administration support

• Provide administrative support to the Head of Manufacturing by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
• Facilitate effective communication within the Roastery and with other departments, act as a note-taker during meetings with suppliers and key stakeholders, capturing action items and following up on tasks post-meetings.
• Assist in creating and formatting presentation slides and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure version control, accessibility, and confidentiality of key documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Monitor and manage supplies and equipment required for the smooth operation of Highlands Coffee Roastery, including inventory management and procurement.
• Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Support events at Highlands Coffee Roastery, and ensure the security of the facility.
• Support the organization of Highlands Coffee Roastery events.

Project Coordination

• Assist in project planning, establish timelines, and track project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Report status regularly to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication. Prepare and distribute project-related communications to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
