Work you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the JSG team.
• Arrange and coordinate meeting
• Manage logistics arrangements for JSG expatriates (support other Service Groups, when required)
• Translate accounting related documents between Japanese, English and Vietnamese
• Support the preparation and implementation of JSG team reports.
• Conduct research and gather information on Japanese clients, industries, and professions as required.
• Manage Japanese client list, maintain and update the list on the annual basis in line with the Company Client Database template
• Perform other tasks and assignments as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English at business level
• At least some relevant working experience, including internships, in a related role.
• Experience in preparing presentations and supporting business proposals is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
