The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient execution of projects, optimizing resources, and supporting various functions such as human resources, administration, and finance. This role directly reports to the Branch Director and ensures that the branch operates in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of all projects.
• Monitor and optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality for all branch operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, manage, and develop the branch’s workforce to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Mentor and train new leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Foster a positive work environment and act as a bridge between employees and senior management.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Assist in managing the branch’s budget, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement processes for office supplies, equipment, and services in coordination with the administrative team.
• Manage and monitor operational expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures.

Human Resources & Compliance

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Conduct orientation and training programs to ensure employee alignment with company policies.
• Handle employee resignations and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies at the branch.

Reporting & Communication

• Provide regular operational and financial reports to the Branch Director.
• Communicate key updates, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
• Represent the branch in internal and external meetings as required.

Other assigments:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Branch Director
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Working time: Mon-Fri, 8h-5h50
Working location: DIGI-TEXX Building, ISC Hau Giang, Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang (Relocation Support Provided)

REQUIREMENTS:

Education requirements 

• Degree: Bachelor / Master / MBA
• Major: Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Work experience requirements  

• Proven experience in branch management, sales, or a leadership role in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
