The Opportunity: Our Technology Consulting services are seeking a qualified candidate to join our rapidly expanding team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Infrastructure & Cloud. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and develop comprehensive reports.
• Assessment & Recommendations: Conduct assessments of existing IT infrastructure and cloud services, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and cloud services, adhering to ITSM practices.
• Solution Design: Assist in designing and architecting cloud solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Training & Workshops: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on cloud technologies, ITSM frameworks, and best practices.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solution Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English Language
