1. Check BOM to code the parts for new product.
2. Break down the FG demand into components level needed to control material status.
3. Follow Import shipment: LCL/ FCL, update delivery date, send packing list to WH, check and feedback to vendor if any material issue.
4. Follow up on the GAP between the declaration and actual delivery to make sure there are no errors or pending any.
5. Calculate and send the local material request slip to Purchasing team, follow local shipment, and confirm the material ready date.
6. Control material inventory (slow moving stock, dead stock).3 years experience in Production Planning and Matertial Control.
Experience in implementing and applying new system (MRP, ERP, AX...). Software knowledge background is a plus.
Fluent in both English verbal and written.
