• Design, program, install, and commission industrial automation control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, inverters, servo drives, etc.) for production lines.
• Implement, operate, and optimize control systems to ensure stable, safe, and high-efficiency operation.
• Design, assemble, and calibrate electro-mechanical control systems, including control panels, sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to synchronize technical solutions, improve equipment performance, and minimize downtime.
• Participate in research, proposal, and implementation of automation, robotics, and digital transformation (Industry 4.0) solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Analyze, improve, and maintain existing automation systems; troubleshoot issues, update programs, and replace components when necessary.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation: wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and technology transfer materials for production teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical – Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Control & Systems Engineering.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in designing, programming, or operating automation systems.
• General understanding of mechanical and industrial electrical systems (ability to read mechanical drawings, knowledge of pneumatics, drive systems, and sensors).
• Preference given to candidates who have participated in automation or robotics projects for production lines.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in PLC/HMI systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Skilled in using AutoCAD, TIA Portal, GX Works or equivalent design and programming software.
• Knowledge of industrial robots, servo systems, industrial communication networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
