We are seeking a highly-skilled Intralogistics Automation Engineer to support the implementation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and intralogistics automation solutions within industrial and warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of automation technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with clients in manufacturing, intralogistics and warehousing to diagnose operational bottlenecks and define automation needs.
• Provide technical insights on AGVs, Intralogistics Management Solutions, and industrial automation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize warehouse and factory material flows.
• Conduct system simulations to verify configuration accuracy and refine automation logic before on-site deployment.
• Develop system configurations and document best practices for virtual environments
• Integrate Fleet Management Software with automation systems and existing infrastructure using IIOT Gateway/ Software
• Support the integration of Fleet Management System and WMS/MES/ERP
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure successful automation implementation.
• Onsite deployment, integration and testing of Fleet Management System and AGV
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Provide technical training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical details into clear business insights for non-technical audiences
• Conduct high-impact presentations, workshops, and system demos
  
  
  
  

What will you bring:

• Experience in industrial automation, intralogistics, AGV and Fleet Management System solutions.
• Familiarity with IIoT and Industrial protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or MQTT (JSON Format)
• English communication skill (both written and verbal).
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skill and an analytical mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environments.
• Knowledge of WMS, MES, ERP, or PLC/ SCADA systems is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other shop floor visualizing and simulation tools is a plus.
• Basic data visualization, Python scripting is a plus.
