PURPOSE
Assemble and lead architecture team capable of delivering solution architecture in line with S&A performance standards.
Recruit and Grow internal capability
Communicates key priorities, overarching delivery progress, hotspots & builds deep understanding of divisional agenda.
Provide solutioning insights to the Client architects to meet domain objectives (business outcomes and business epics)

Experience
10+ years experience in the Technology industry & including leading architecture team
Experience effectively engaging wide array of Senior stakeholders necessary to deliver transformational change at all levels of business, operations & technology
Strong understanding of Architecture, Technology, analytics & business process based solutions.
Experience in modernising Architecture Operations in large scale, complex organisations will be an advantage
Qualification Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
Architecture or technology related certifications will be an advantage
