• Be fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA (visual and written communication, product, service, distribution e.g. brand Packages).

• Maintain complete knowledge of the following (to include but not limited to):

- All Hotel features / services, hours of operation

- Hotel function space, entertainment options, menus and floral decoration options

- Scheduled daily group activities

• Design and execution of all Marketing and Communication collaterals

• Develop all hotel marketing and promotional collateral according to brand identity guidelines. Liaise with suppliers and agencies for creative collateral design and print ensuring production quality and deadlines are met

• Keep Marketing and Communication manager aware of merchandising opportunities across the organization

• Ensure adequate stocks of promotional collateral are available at all times

• Supervise and direct photographers commissioned to take pictures, video of the hotel, promotions and events for use in sales and marketing collateral, public relations

• Coordinate and schedule graphics jobs

• Responsible for quotations/briefing the printers

• Assist events under inquiry from Marketing and Communication manager

• Maintain a high level of coordination with the Agency and other departments in order to maintain consistent quality service standards towards internal & external customers

• Ensure that day to day inquiries/correspondences are handled in a professional manner

• Oversee photo library and maintain up-to-date picture

• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned standards

Experience required

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
• Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in the hotel or F&B industry
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across various projects
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
