We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer with proficiency in Java, integrations, and middleware platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integration frameworks, a proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Senior Integration Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Java, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.


• Develop and maintain integration architecture, standards, and best practices.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.


• Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration team.


• Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.


• Document integration processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive project records.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in integration engineering, with a strong emphasis on Java for developing backend services, and microservices/middleware platforms.


• Proficiency in integration frameworks such as Apache Camel, MuleSoft or WSO2.


• Experience with middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or similar.


• Solid understanding of SOA, microservices architecture, ESB and RESTful APIs.


• Strong knowledge of data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), data transformation techniques (XSLT, XPath), ETL tools.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective solutions.


• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with ERP system (i.e. Odoo, Oracle, SAP, etc) and its integration capabilities.


• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


• Certification in relevant integration technologies or platforms.


• Experience with message brokers and queues (e.g., JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).


• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g.,
