Be responsible for developing the lab diagnostics business in the North of Vietnam market

Maintain Business And Expand Market Share In Current Accounts
- Work in tandem with other interested parties (business associates, internal divisions such as marketing, logistics, and services).
- Closely collaborate with the purchasing, lab, BOD, and KOL departments of customers.
- Initiate a penetration strategy, design a business plan, and continuously monitor the plan:
- Assure enough supply and forecasts in accordance with BPs for designated territories.
- Encourage the proper use of instruments
- Oversee the opportunities funnel and provide frequent updates.
- Take the initiative and actively explore new opportunities, particularly those pertaining to conversion.
- Assure an efficient, precise, and high-quality opportunity pipeline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the sales of diagnostic imaging goods and services and healthcare diagnostic laboratories
- Have a thorough understanding of the diagnostic laboratory market and sales expertise in the healthcare sector in the relevant business.
- Aspiring and diligent.
- Facilitate cross-functional leadership and teamwork
- Adopt a problem-solving approach;
- Encourage compliance and openness.
- Strategic planning and thinking
- Bachelor's degree or above related to pharmaceutical, medical or biological
