Our company is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of Product Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic management, communication management, and brand management of assigned product line. This position requires strong business acumen and excellent communication skills in English.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned product line, including public awareness campaigns, market positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new market opportunities for the product line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute marketing strategies to drive product sales.
- Communication Management
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support the assigned product line, including promotional materials and educational materials for healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Create and deliver effective sales training and education programs for sales representatives.
- Manage the relationships with external vendors, agencies, and key opinion leaders involved in the communication strategy for the product line.
- Brand Management
- Develop and execute brand strategy for the assigned product line.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and public relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product packaging, supply chain, and promotional materials.
- A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or pharmacy is preferred. An MBA or a degree in Marketing would be considered an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in product/brand management in Pharma/Healthcare Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulations.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and action-driven.
