We're seeking a dynamic and experienced candidates to orchestrate and lead a multifunctional team dedicated to the successful implementation and support of C-Cash.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner (PO) to lead our treasury management solution initiative (C-CASH). In this dual role, you will not only be responsible for product management and partnership development but also oversee and guide our diverse teams in sales, implementation, and customer success. Your leadership will be essential in aligning our strategies, managing risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management and Partnership:

• Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and meets market demands in treasury management.
• Roadmap Development: Create, prioritize, and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that product designs are user-friendly and meet the needs of our corporate treasury clients.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to gather feedback and insights that inform product development.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with current vendors (TCB, Deloitte, Perfios, PWC, TransformHub), ensuring aligned objectives and effective collaboration on implementation, support, and advisory services.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, customer satisfaction, and team performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

2. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for teams, monitoring performance and providing feedback to ensure alignment with company goals.

3. Strategic Alignment:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

4. Administrative Oversight:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for all projects and initiatives.

5. Communication and Influence:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders, influencing decision-making and resource allocation.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with vendor partners (Deloitte, Perfios, PWC, TransformHub) to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
• Facilitate collaboration among teams to enhance customer success and drive product innovation.

7. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges in product development and team operations.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on treasury management or financial technology solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of treasury management processes, technology, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration in a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
