II. MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB PURPOSE
Regulatory, Compliance & Calibration Officer to oversee compliance with regulatory standards, manage documentation systems, ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL certification requirements, and maintain calibration programs for equipment. This role is vital in upholding product integrity, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
III. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ MAIN DUTIES
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations relevant to the industry.
• Monitor changes in laws and standards, and update internal policies accordingly.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain and control documentation related to ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL standards.
Document Control & Management Systems
• Develop and manage document control procedures to ensure version control, accessibility, and security.
• Support departments in preparing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and records.
• Coordinate certification audits and ensure readiness for external assessments.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL management systems.
Management System Implementation:
• Facilitate training and awareness programs for staff on management system requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and corrective actions related to system performance.
• Maintain calibration schedules for all measuring and monitoring equipment.
Calibration Officer Duties
• Ensure calibration records are accurate, traceable, and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate with external calibration service providers.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to equipment accuracy and reliability.• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree: In Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, document control, or calibration.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL certification requirements.
• Experience with document management systems and calibration software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
