What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a people-centric ecosystem that delivers value at every touchpoint. You will manage a wide range of HR activities for both Retail Store staffs and selected Corporate staffs. Your role will involve maintaining budgets, implementing guidelines, ensuring compliance in HR practices, developing HR analytics, building talent pipelines, partnering with GBS and payroll vendors, and ensuring the workplace meets company standards.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, training and development.
- Maintain annual and monthly budgeting and tracking of personnel expenses.
- Implement and update guidelines and policies in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure the execution of people-related products and processes.
- Develop and utilize HR analytics to monitor monthly People Metrics.
- Build a talent pipeline with robust succession plans for retail management positions.
- Partner with Global Business Service (GBS) and payroll vendors to ensure accuracy in employee pay and benefits.
- Ensure the workplace is well-maintained following company global standards.
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing diverse HR operations. You are known for your ability to multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong customer orientation. Your excellent analytical skills complement your approachable nature and exceptional communication abilities. As a team player with supervisory experience, you bring strong critical thinking capabilities to the table. Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with SAP is considered an asset.
