# Job 1: Indirect Material Control Coordinator​: The organized and proactive candidate in charge of managing and planning the indirect materials (such as spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance supplies). This role combines warehouse operations with inventory planning for critical non-production materials, work at Saigon High Tech Park, District 9, HCMC

Under Indirect Material Control Department:
Location: Milwaukee factory in Saigon High Tech Park
- Working hour: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- From Monday to Saturday.
INDIRECT MATERIAL WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS:
- Work with team and follow the process of receive, inspect, and store indirect materials in a safe, orderly manner. Keep tracking and controlling the indirect material inventory, including all of indirect material in the factory from Production, PM, AME, QM,….
- Make weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly report, follow with team to update the in/out tracking.
- Monitor and comply the process of tool gift and laser making for non-returned tool.
- Work closely with department to make sure office supplies in the office area of the factory for the proper quantity and condition.
- Cooperate with indirect planning team to make sure the timing of material delivery.
- Maintain the storage for maximize the space in warehouse and ensure compliance with 5S,..
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
INDIRECT MATERIAL PLANNING AND SYSTEM:
- Forecast the Purchasing Level of the material to make sure the properly purchase quantity.
- Proceed the purchasing on K2 (purchase system), keep following with vendor to make sure the delivery lead-time.
- Other tasks related to factory management and assigned by managers.

# Job 2: Indirect Material Control Specialist: We are seeking an organized and proactive candidate in charge of managing and planning the indirect materials (such as spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance supplies). This role combines warehouse operations with inventory planning for critical non-production materials. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate records, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet operational needs, work at Saigon
High Tech Park, District 9, HCMC

Under Indirect Material Control Department:
Location: Milwaukee factory in Saigon High Tech Park
- Working hour: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- From Monday to Friday.
INDIRECT MATERIAL WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Oversee and instruct the warehouse team to follow the process of receive, inspect, and store indirect materials in a safe, orderly manner. Keep tracking and controlling the indirect material inventory, including all of indirect material in the factory from Production, PM, AME, QM,….
- Make bi-weekly/ monthly report and update the warehouse status for head of departments and BU leader.
- Monitor and comply the process of tool gift and laser making for non-returned tool.
- Control and update the new model of tool showroom areas in the factory.
- Control all of office supplies in the office area of the factory.
- Manage material requests and cooperate with indirect planning team to make sure the timing of material delivery.
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse layout for easy access and efficient storage.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
INDIRECT MATERIAL PLANNING AND SYSTEM:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Forecast the Purchasing Level of the material to make sure the properly purchase quantity.
- Proceed the purchasing on K2 (purchase system), keep following with vendor to make sure the delivery lead-time.
- Prepare and deliver employee cards to all of employees, check and monitor the access door system.
- Other tasks related to factory management and assigned by managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: College and above. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistic, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically in indirect materials.

- Knowledge: Be able to comfortably use English; English: Verbal communication + Written

- Functional Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in procurement software, Data Analysis, Microsoft BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Marcos, VBA,..
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of contract management and supplier evaluation techniques.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
