About Us
AEGENDA is a fashion brand that combines art, science, and technology. We are
currently seeking a dynamic Admin Assistant to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City,
Vietnam.
The Admin Assistant will help our team to take care of administrative matters related
to our production both online and at our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
- Organise the office and ensure the cleanliness of the space
- Check stock and ensure there is no loss or damage
- Proficiently use online office platforms to report on work and take notes for
- meetings
- Support admin tasks assigned by other colleagues when necessary
- Support the team to follow the project, send reminders of deadlines, organise
- schedules, contact relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Be in charge of packing, delivering and quality checking of the products
Job Requirements
- Male or female between the ages of 18 and 28
- Have a motorcycle and license to assist with work trips from the office to the manufacturing facilities
- Have the ability to research and find new trends
- Have a basic understanding of fashion
- Have the ability to film, photograph and edit pictures on mobile devices
- Have good teamwork skills
- Can be meticulous, reliable, sociable, hardworking, proactive and responsive
- Have good time management skills, a high sense of responsibility, can learn fast
- and have the willingness to learn
- Have the ability to understand, emphathise and stay calm under pressure
- Have good verbal and written English skills
- Work at the HCM office at least 5 hours a day, 5 days a week Perks and benefits
