Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) that aligns with our aesthetic.
- Community Management: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal collections.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Executive to ensure alignment on brand messaging and visual identity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in event planning and management.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
