Job Description
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions using various techniques to to ensure all business needs are captured, clarified, and validated with stakeholders while applying strong analytical skills to assess requirements, identify gaps, and propose feasible solutions.
- Translate business requirements into solution requirements.
- Work closely with Development Team to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, wireframes…to ensure clear communication of requirements, alignment with business objectives, and support for development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively participate in Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Oversee requirement statuses, tracking project progress, maintaining quality, and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to align project goals.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify fulfillment of business expectations.
- Utilize business analysis expertise to deliver a user-centric and high-value product.
- Provide mentorship to junior BAs.
- Drive business process improvements and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
- Establish and maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices within the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information system.
- 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Analyst/Product Owner role on software development projects.
- Technical knowledge of system architecture, data flow, APIs, system integration, cloud technology,..
- Ability to understand and analyze technical documents, work with developers on technical solutions, and ensure technical feasibility of requirements.
- Knowledge and experience of software development planning techniques, including Agile Scrum.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global clients (e.g., Australia, US).
- Strong presentation, communication, and technical writing skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated Leadership skills and team management.
