Role Description
Channel & Shopper Understanding
· Deeply understand modern trade operations, channel dynamics, and shopper/consumer behavior across CVS, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
· Identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable sales and trade marketing plans.
Trade Marketing Execution
· Plan and execute trade marketing activities (listing, merchandising/visibility, promotions, activation) to drive sales and market share.
· Ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximize ROI of trade investments.
Sales & Key Account Management
· Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts.
· Develop annual customer business plans (sales volume, assortment, shelf share, visibility).
· Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead and coach KAM/sales team to ensure excellent execution at store level.
· Build a collaborative working culture with internal teams (Trade MKT, Supply Chain, Finance).
· Develop talent pipeline and ensure training/coaching for team capabilities.
Data & Business Analytics
· Utilize sales and market data to evaluate performance, identify gaps and opportunities.
· Provide actionable insights to management to improve planning and execution.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant major Management/Education/Business Administration
· 8–10 years of sales experience in FMCG, with 3–5 years in trade marketing/modern trade management.
· Strong background in dairy or food & beverage industry is a plus.
