Japanese company, specialize in manufacturing and sale of petrochemical products, is calling out talents apply for below position:
Job title: SENIOR TAX MANAGER
Working place: Ba Dinh, Hanoi
Working time: Mon - Fri
Report line: Japanese Director
Salary: 50-90 million VND Gross
Job description:
(1) Establishment of Tax Support System
- Serve as the main point of contact for tax matters between the auditing firm and related subsidiaries.
(2) Streamlining and Standardizing Tax Operations
- Aim to streamline and standardize tax operations such as CIT (Corporate Income Tax), PIT (Personal Income Tax), and TP (Transfer Pricing).
(3) Development of Tax Strategy
- Formulate tax strategies for optimization and consolidation of tax operations in compliance with laws to enable more rational tax handling.
(4) Support for Non-Tax Accounting Operations
- Provide support to related companies in accounting and finance operations, including IFRS compliance.
(5) Conduct Internal Audits
- Conduct internal audits and training once a year to assess potential risks and provide training.
Requirements:
- Experience as a tax consulting at accounting firms.
- Strong background in tax accounting and regulations
- English (for internal communication)
- Strong communication skill to consult subsidiaries
- Strong leadership to drive reform in tax operations.
Preferable skills:
- Holder of CTA qualification
- Holder of Chief Accountant qualification
