Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior System Administrator at Eurowindow Holding in Hanoi. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for:
- Operating and managing Information Technology systems
- Continuously monitoring the operation of Information Technology systems 24/7 and coordinating incident response when issues arise
- Compiling reports and analyzing system/service quality data
Job Requirements:
- System Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), storage and email MS O365
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, Splunk) and automation tools as Ansible
- Experience in managing system infrastructure
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of service flows in systems (service quality measurement indicators: Total Request, Time Response, Error Rate)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA))

Vào đây làm không học hỏi được gì cả. Công ty trả lương trễ cho nhân viên, công ty không có khám sức khoẻ cho nhân viên, công ty cũng không tổ chức du lịch hàng năm cho nhân viên.
Một số nhân viên của công ty đã thiếu kiến thức chuyên môn mà thái độ làm việc tệ. Làm ở đây rất áp lực. Văn phòng của công ty khá xấu và tệ. Môi trường làm việc toxic, nhiều drama.
