Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MT Key Account Executive, located in Hanoi. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring account performance, negotiating terms, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong account management, customer relationship management, and sales skills
- Strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical skills for identifying market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in key account management, sales, or related roles preferred
- Familiarity with the retail or consumer goods industry is an advantage
