Our client, which is a big, reputed travel agency in Hanoi, is seeking for an experienced Contracting Manager with details as follows:

Summary

As a Contracting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our agency by managing and negotiating contracts with hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. Your expertise will ensure we secure the best rates, terms, and conditions to offer competitive and attractive packages to our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring our product offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other vendors.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to secure the best deals for the agency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create and enhance travel packages.
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Regularly review and update contracts to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and supplier meetings to stay updated on market developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Proven experience in contracting or procurement within the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
• Knowledge of inbound travel markets and trends is a plus
