You'll Perform

As an HR Executive, you will drive business success by optimizing talent acquisition, development, and retention. You will create and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in building a motivated and engaged workforce that propels the company forward.

Responsibilities

• Take part in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with functional managers to deliver L&D programs, facilitate a learning culture.
• Deliver exceptional employee experience and ensure high satisfaction of employee engagement activities.
• Handle employee relations and compensations.
• Assist in performance management.
• Support creation and implementation of HR process, policies, handbooks, and programs.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Human Resource Management, English, Law, or related fields.
• From 1 year of experience working as an HR professional, IT industry preferred.
• Skillful and knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition.
• Understanding of labor regulations and laws.
• Familiar with HRIS and tools like G-suite, Canva.
• Having critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent at planning and organizing works.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Honest, detailed, patient, supportive, and can-do attitude.
• Good content writing skills.
