Based on the approved budget/forecast, planning resources, and overall production activities for the year.
Monitor and update timing plans of new projects, and receive and transfer new projects to the planning department.
Weekly review production activities, achieve goals and implement action plans in case the target is not met.
Coordinate with other departments on topics related to production activities, quality, verify or define standards.
Reciprocal participation in customer assessment activities and certifications.
Based on the sales plan from the CS department, create a master plan for production activities in the short/medium/long term.
Analyze capacity and feasibility to meet the master plan, and propose improvements and investments to ensure production capacity.
Ensure material supply planning for production activities, maintain safe inventory, and save inventory costs, transportation, and turnover rate.
Human resource planning, forecasting for long-term production activities, and balancing human resources to ensure stability in production.
Monitor and update new project status, and prepare resources and materials for SOP.
Ensure continuous production activities, monitor and handle the slow moving of finished goods, WIP, and materials.
Coordinate with departments in activities related to system/quality and human resources.
Contribute to building, developing, and improving MRP/MES/SAP systems related to planning and production activities.

Graduated from university majoring in business administration or industrial management.
5-7 years experience in planning manager position in production.
Experience working in global supply chains.
Knowledge in the automotive industry - Production / Quality.
Understanding of import and export activities.
Awareness of IATF 16949, GMP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S, statistical techniques for I.E., OEE, Capacity Analysis, the certified internal auditor is preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills.
