* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the import-export works smoothly per planned and collect all import-export documents and declare them correctly according to the law.
• To conduct documentation related to export and import following Vietnam Customs regulations.
• To conduct & responsibility for customs declaration of import and export on VNACCS-ECUS5 software.
• Monitoring liquidation and tax refunds as customs regulations.
• To comply with the logistics cost budget and logistics payment requests submitted in a timely.
• Build-up & register new Practical norms with customs based on Production consumption.
• Get Certificated of Origin (COO) as the Customer required and submit to the Government for approval.
• Liaising Shipping agent/Forwarding/Broker/Courier company for booking and schedules for export/import shipments.
• Monitoring Forwarder/Broker service following VAC regulations.
• Keep updated and comply with new Government/Customs regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Section Logistics Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College Degree or Bachelor majoring in foreign trade, external economics, business, or other related fields.
• Experiences in the automotive, mechanical, mechatronics industry.
• 3-5 years experiences in Import- Export.
• Good knowledge of Customs declaration, Customs liquidation, certificates of Origin, and Customs VNACCS -ECUS5 system.
• Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP POKAYOKE, 6Sigma, certified internal auditor is a plus.
• Proficient English.
