2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute recruitment strategies and hiring plans to deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Lead and support the TA team in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation activities.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiency through data, feedback, and best practices.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, provide regular updates, and recommend improvement actions.
• Develop and expand talent pipelines and recruiting networks through various sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events when required.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 1+ year in a leadership role, preferably in Tech/IT.
• Positive, proactive, self-motivated, with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong strategic recruitment planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, HR databases, and labor law compliance.
• Experience in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.
