1. Leasing Sales:

• Focus on leasing retail and office spaces to new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to fill vacant spaces and maximize occupancy.
• Reach out to potential clients, identify their needs, and match them with available spaces.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Negotiate leasing terms with clients and ensure satisfaction to secure long-term agreements.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure leasing goals are met.

3. Business Development:

• Identify new potential clients and expand the customer base.
• Approach and attract reputable retailers, companies, groups, and brands to lease spaces.
• Negotiate leasing terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations
• Continuously monitor the leasing market to identify new opportunities and trends.

4. Sales Target Achievement:

• Set and meet leasing targets to ensure maximum occupancy for retail and office spaces.
• Track progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet leasing objectives.

5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:

• Provide regular updates to management on leasing activities, client feedback, and occupancy status.
• Analyze leasing data to improve strategies and ensure the achievement of sales goals.

6. Other Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement marketing activities and provide customer support.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies. Stay updated on legal changes related to leasing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in leasing sales, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a management position with a proven track record of filling vacant spaces.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to find new clients and close leasing deals efficiently.
• Proficient in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
