YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career - not just as a coder, but as a product builder.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Design, build the frontend services for our client’s product and bring it to the next level
• Write high-quality, optimized and reusable code
• Review the code and provide feedback on possible problems
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Analyze, debug, and fix complex bugs
• Work with an international team based in Vietnam and Germany
• Write comprehensive technical documents
  
  

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

• At least 4 years of experience developing and designing web applications in dynamic environments
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS. Solid understanding of rendering strategies including client-side and server-side rendering
• Experience with modern UI libraries such as Tailwind, MUI, Ant Design, or Element Plus
• Familiarity with styling approaches, including SCSS, LESS, and styled-components
• Proficiency in building and maintaining design systems (e.g., Polaris, Chakra UI), and using Atomic Design Methodology to structure UI components
• Experience using Storybook, not only for component development but also for QA workflows
• Experience with tools like Redux, Jotai, and TanStack Query for efficient state and data management
• Proficiency with TanStack Router for modern routing in React applications
• Familiar with OpenAPI (Swagger), Postman, and HTTP clients like fetch or axios
• Hands-on experience with unit tests, as well as E2E testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress
• Hands-on experience with reading and understanding technical documents
• You understand and know how to prioritize your tasks with a problem-solving mindset
• You don't take things personally and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
• You don't wait for others to tell you what you need to do, but proactively reach out to people, communicate, ask for help, and get things done
• You are proficient in communicating in the English language
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud hosting platforms: AWS (CloudFront + S3), Azure (App Service), or on-premise setups
• Familiarity with front-end deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, and automated release tools like semantic-release or changesets
• Understanding of the CQRS pattern for backend communication
• Exposure to micro-frontends or modular front-end architectures
• Knowledge of remote logging and monitoring tools such as Sentry
