Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Control the application of all safety and hygiene policies, regulations, and procedures of the hotel.
• Report regularly to Assistant Manager, Guest Services and Manager, Guest Services concerning the daily operation.
• Transmit suggestions made by the guest and his subordinates to the Manager, Guest Services.
• Transmit his knowledge to his subordinates and correct them when necessary.
• Participate in all Front Office meetings.
• Participate in all training programs provided by Front Office Management.
• Control the appearance and cleanliness of his subordinates.
• Check the cleanliness of his work area, equipment, and material.
• Relate well with all staff under his supervision; follow the quality service standards for his internal customers.
• Handle guest requests and complaints.
• Control accurately the billing.
• Ensure the daily operation of the Front Office.
• Ensure the implementation of sales directives from the Head Office.
• Assign the room according to the availability of the residences.
• Check the expected arrival list and the room allocation of the day.
• Control the booking for the different activities and services of the residences.
• Develop training and development plans for his staff; implement and evaluate these plans.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
• Any other duty that may be assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
• Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
• Well-developed communication and customer relations skills. Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. Knowledge of world Class Property Management System is required.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same position.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills
